With targeted Yoga techniques we will work to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and release stress based tension.
Coaching is used to identify patterns and hot buttons and create a mindset shift for more resilience.
Sessions can be offered in person or virtually via ZOOM.

Private lessons are great if you would like to work on an individual topic or simply feel more comfortable practicing in an intimate space.
Private sessions are customised and tailored to meet your specific needs. They can be offered in person in our fully equipped studio in Erlangen, at your home or virtually via ZOOM.

We are honest, the last 12 month have not been easy. We are not eligible for Corona Government support and currently keep the studio alive through income from online yoga and our private savings.
The best way to support is joining our online classes. Your best price-value option is our a monthly unlimited online pass, which includes unlimited access to the video library.
